Senior Analytics Expert Sought

At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned analytics professional to collaborate closely with our marketing team and turn data into a strategic advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth experience with experimentation platforms, emphasizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Additionally, expertise in working with event-based product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Snowplow, or Segment, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, refine, and implement a data warehouse modeling strategy for marketing-related data, including dimensional modeling and contributor support.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to instrument the product, ensuring the capture of essential data points required for running marketing campaigns and measuring their performance.
  • Maintain data models of users by combining various sources of data into a single unified view.
  • Build or contribute to audience segmentation models to enhance campaign performance.
  • Model metrics used for tracking campaign performance.
  • Establish data pipelines to ensure Marketing and analytics platforms have access to the right data at the right time.
  • Bring data back into our warehouse for analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Build or contribute to attribution models to understand the impact of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience with data integration tooling, including CDPs, reverse ETLs, Airflow, etc.
  • Data modeling expertise, encompassing advanced SQL knowledge as well as experience with DBT or other data transformation tools.
  • In-depth experience with experimentation platforms, emphasizing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in working with event-based product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Snowplow, or Segment.
  • Project and stakeholder management experience to coordinate across marketing, product engineering, and data teams.
