Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Hospitality Leader to oversee the Front Office team and provide exceptional customer service for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Office team and foster collaboration among colleagues through effective communication and guidance.
  • Meet, greet, and direct VIP and long-stay guests with utmost courtesy and hospitality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for these guests and ensure the hotel is adequately prepared to offer personalized services.
  • Brief relevant hotel departments on requirements and adhere to established procedures with meticulous attention-to-detail for all data processing.
  • Deliver comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and special requests, providing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • A confident, bubbly personality with a talent for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience.
  • Strong English writing/reading/speaking communication skills, with an added advantage for multilingual individuals.
  • Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail, ensuring the protection of confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage diverse situations effectively.
  • Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry and leadership, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience.
