About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our SAP consulting and implementation projects. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead single module to mid-size SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software implementation projects for clients.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects.
  • Create and manage project plans.
  • Manage resourcing, staffing, and budget for customer projects.
  • Monitor and identify project issues early on to mitigate risk for clients.
  • Align schedules between company and client.
  • Coordinate with HCM PMO team to set up project tools and resources.
  • Track and manage project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Identify and document scope changes for Change Request/Change Order documentation and approval management.
  • Notify PMO and/or Executive Management of risks/issues when concerns arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management processes and tools.
  • PMP certification required within 18 months of beginning Project Management role.
  • Hands-on experience leading software implementation projects as part of the Project Management team.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing or using SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM or similar HRIS software.
  • 5 years previous experience in professional services or consulting industry.
  • 5 years previous experience with change management or business transformation projects.
  • 5 years previous experience managing projects involving integrations, data migration, or complex technical landscapes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
