The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Workshop Facilitator to join our team at the Dementia Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with dementia.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs and training initiatives for staff, caregivers, and stakeholders involved in dementia care.
- Develop and deliver training programs that equip the team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional, relationship-based care.
- Collaborate with the team to foster a supportive and enabling environment that promotes person-centered care.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Minimum of two years' experience in delivering programs in a face-to-face setting and online.
- Proven experience in training and education, ideally within a health care or residential care setting.
- Dynamic personality with strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
