As a key leader in our educational community, you will play a vital role in inspiring and guiding our team of educators. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in developing and implementing educational programs that promote positive outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills, as well as the ability to build the capacity of educators by inspiring, motivating, affirming, challenging, and extending their practice and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a large team of educators
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that promote positive outcomes for children and families
  • Building the capacity of educators by inspiring, motivating, affirming, challenging, and extending their practice and pedagogy

Our team provides opportunities for professional development through workshops, mentoring programs, and consistent support staff for programming coverage. We also offer in-house training to ensure consistency of practice and approaches to educational excellence throughout our environments.

To Be Successful:

  • Hold a recognised Montessori Diploma
  • Have excellent communication and written skills
  • Be a positive contributor to a team of diverse educators
  • Possess a developed knowledge of the National Quality Framework, VEYLF
