Your Role

  1. Lead day-to-day organisational management, ensuring smooth operations across administration, compliance, and support functions.
  2. Collaborate with the principal and leadership team to deliver the school's Strategic Plan and monitor progress towards key objectives.
  3. SUPPORT primary and early Years Educational leaders to ensure exceptional teaching and learning experiences for all children.
  4. Develop, implement, and refine policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen organisational effectiveness and compliance.
  5. PARTNER with the leadership team to recruit, onboard, and develop staff, enhancing their growth and capabilities.
  6. Foster strong relationships with staff, parents, students, and the wider community to build engagement and trust.
  7. Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and improvement across school operations.
