Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in product design, UX, and mobile-first responsive design at scale.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of growing and uplifting design teams.
  • Experience collaborating across design, product, engineering, and brand functions.
  • Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for implementation detail balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Strong capabilities in UX research, journey mapping, prototyping, experimentation, and A/B testing.
  • A passion for customer outcomes and a clear point of view on design's role in business success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to champion the value of design across the business.
