This full-time role (Tuesday-Saturday) is ideal for a leader who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results.Lead our team in a contemporary yet timeless boutique retail environmentJoin a brand known for uncompromising quality and timeless designsEnjoy benefits including a wardrobe allowance, career growth opportunities, and company-wide perksWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAs a Boutique Manager, you'll inspire your team to exceed expectations and contribute to the wider business strategy.
You'll create a customer-led culture and drive results across all areas of the store :Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveMonitor store sales performance and support continuous improvementOversee store operations, including stockroom and immaculate visual merchandisingDeliver a standout customer experience, hosting in-store seasonal eventsDevelop and maintain VIP customer relationshipsManage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controlsEffectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for successRecruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with brand valuesEnsure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislationABOUT YOUYou're someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves leading a team to success.
You're passionate about fashion, delivering memorable customer experiences, and consistently achieving targets.
