Job Title

A highly skilled professional is required to lead and deliver asset management, technical due diligence, building condition auditing, lifecycle analysis and other projects. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will drive business growth and be hands-on in delivering alongside a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision and growth of a business unit and be involved in project delivery across technical asset management, building consultancy, and lifecycle planning engagements.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring client requirements are understood and communicated, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Assist in establishing strategic operational goals and KPIs aligned with future business plans.
  • Maintain quality assurance to ensure solutions meet both technical standards and client expectations.
  • Accountable for profit and loss, contributing to annual strategic and business planning.
  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering their capability and professional growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and represent the business at industry-level engagements.
Requirements
  • An outstanding background in technical asset management, building consultancy, or related facilities management/asset management advisory.
  • A track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in proposal development and client engagement.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to mentoring and developing others.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication skills – both with clients and internally.
  • Good knowledge of asset management principles, such as AMAF, ISO 55000 / ISO 41000 frameworks.
