Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding guest welcoming experiences, meeting guests and customers, and ensuring they are settled in their rooms. Additionally, they will maintain professional communication, complete daily administration duties, and resolve any guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting
  • Customer Service: Provide an outstanding guest welcoming experience by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and maintaining operational standards
  • Communication: Meeting guests and customers when they arrive and ensure they are settled in their rooms, Maintaining professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings
  • Time Management: Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a front Guest Services position
  • Experience in high level customer service and guest services
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service
