Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Business Partner to lead and drive process improvement initiatives across our Chilled & Frozen sites. This role will be primarily based at our Ermington site with a requirement to travel to our Charmhaven site on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives for cost reductions and effective utilisation of resources
- Lead process improvement projects through the Maintenance, Technical and Manufacturing teams
- Build effective relationships with key departmental teams to deliver business goals
- Analyse data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Establish benchmark standards for plant utilisation, OEE, labour utilisation and manufacturing process loss
- Provide leadership and resources to improve HSE and engagement to best-in-class levels
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven background in continuous improvement and optimisation
- Ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar position in a FMCG background
- Highly collaborative with excellent business partnering skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to support the team when system issues arise
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Food Sciences disciplines – Highly desirable
