Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Business Partner to join our team at George Weston Foods. As a key member of our operational excellence team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives to enhance our performance culture across the Chilled & Frozen sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives and effective resource utilization strategies
  • Lead process improvement projects across Maintenance, Technical, and Manufacturing teams
  • Build strong relationships with key departmental teams to deliver business goals
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Establish benchmark standards for plant utilization, OEE, labor utilization, and manufacturing process loss
  • Provide leadership and support to improve HSE and engagement to best-in-class levels

About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in continuous improvement and optimization, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a FMCG background. You will possess excellent business partnering skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
