Job Description

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance performance culture across Chilled & Frozen sites.
  • Develop initiatives for cost reductions and effective resource utilisation.
  • Lead process improvement projects through Maintenance, Technical, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Build effective relationships with key departmental teams to deliver business goals.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Establish benchmark standards for plant utilisation, OEE, labour utilisation, and manufacturing process loss.
  • Provide leadership, structure, and resources to improve HSE and engagement.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven background in continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar position in a FMCG background.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent business partnering skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or Food Sciences disciplines.
