About the Role
Hastings Deering Group is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Analyst to join our team in Acacia Ridge. As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in summarizing Condition Monitoring data to provide timely information to assist customers in scheduling and prioritizing maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Summarize Condition Monitoring data to provide timely information to assist customers in scheduling and prioritizing maintenance work
- Maintain a high level of professional conduct within the work environment
- Understand work functions, requirements, and priorities of maintenance professionals
- Maintain a strong understanding of Condition Monitoring platforms
- Ensure customer interactions are captured in the CRM system
- Build customer relationships and trust through site visits/communication to promote service deliverables
- Provide advice to customers on machine performance via various reporting tools

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Minimum of six months experience in heavy earth moving industry or similar
- Professional attitude and strong personal presentation
- Ability to demonstrate safety
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/similar suite
