About the Role

Hastings Deering Group is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Analyst to join our team in Acacia Ridge. As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in summarizing Condition Monitoring data to provide timely information to assist customers in scheduling and prioritizing maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize Condition Monitoring data to provide timely information to assist customers in scheduling and prioritizing maintenance work
  • Maintain a high level of professional conduct within the work environment
  • Understand work functions, requirements, and priorities of maintenance professionals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Condition Monitoring platforms
  • Ensure customer interactions are captured in the CRM system
  • Build customer relationships and trust through site visits/communication to promote service deliverables
  • Provide advice to customers on machine performance via various reporting tools

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Minimum of six months experience in heavy earth moving industry or similar
  • Professional attitude and strong personal presentation
  • Ability to demonstrate safety
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/similar suite
