Job Summary

Caterpillar is seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring Advisor to join our team. As a Condition Monitoring Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers optimize their equipment performance and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggregate and correlate data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations to customers and dealers.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in condition monitoring and provide equipment recommendations to Caterpillar dealers and customers.
  • Use enabling software tools and systems to prioritize and analyze condition monitoring data inputs.
  • Extract data from business systems and provide information for equipment management lead tracking and resolution.
  • Prepare written reports of recommendations for customers and their Caterpillar dealers.
  • Facilitate ongoing customer meetings and communicate verbal recommendations as required.
  • Build collaborative relationships and act as a consultant with equipment management personnel.
Requirements
  • Experience in product support and/or engineering fields.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide direction.
  • Working knowledge of engines, power train, hydraulic systems, and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Ability to resolve issues individually or through team guidance.
