Job Title: Director of Learning and Development

We are seeking a senior early learning professional to join our team as the Director of Learning and Development.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the curriculum and driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. The successful candidate will inspire and motivate their team, foster respectful relationships with families, and engage with local community networks.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

Our Centre: We are a purpose-built centre located in central Bendigo, on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people. We embed the culture and values of the Djaara people into our curriculum and environments.
