Site Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership and customer liaison, ensuring seamless interactions between drivers and clients.
About the Role:- Lead and manage daily operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor and report on critical performance indicators, driving continuous improvement
- Manage administrative tasks, streamlining processes to enhance productivity
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Current HR-B drivers' license or above with minimum 2 years' experience on WA roads
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and transport dangerous goods/placard loads safely
- Manual handling capabilities, with an emphasis on workplace health and safety
- Valid Commercial Drivers Medical & Fatigue Management certification
- National Police Clearance required
