Role Summary
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in mortgage broking, lending or finance. They will possess strong analytical and numerical skills to provide accurate credit and finance advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads passed directly to you, generating your own leads through proactive sales strategies.
- Provide expert credit advice and guide clients through their mortgage journey from initial inquiry to submission.
- Offer tailored solutions for expat and non-resident clients based overseas, leveraging expertise in expatriate credit policies.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to meeting outcomes, fact-finds done on call, document collection portals sent and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with support teams in Perth and Queensland to process loans efficiently.
- Deliver a white-glove experience for high-net-worth clients, meeting expectations for clarity, speed and professionalism.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain a clear pipeline in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Australian mortgage regulations, property market and lender requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking, lending or finance.
- Previous exposure to expat, foreign income or non-resident lending is beneficial but not required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent sales skills and proven ability to close deals.
- High degree of self-motivation, resourcefulness, discipline and accountability to work autonomously.
- Diploma in Mortgage and Finance Broking.
