Are you a registered nurse with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, passionate about delivering high-quality patient care? Tweed Day Surgery is seeking a Level 2 Registered Nurse for their Scrub / Scout Unit. Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based nursing care
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Provide excellent patient care
- Work closely with visiting medical officers
Tweed Day Surgery is a stand-alone facility with 3 operating theatres. Specialising in ophthalmology, endoscopy, urology, plastics, orthopaedics, max facs, general, ENT and pain management. We are situated on the QLD / NSW border.

Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Perioperative Nursing
- Working with Children check
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Works well independently and within a team
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum 1yr scrub / scout experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
