Job Overview:

The Director of Environmental Impact will spearhead the organisation's commitment to sustainability, aligning environmental objectives with overall business strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability plan, ensuring alignment with our mission, focus areas, and values.
  • Embed sustainable practices across operations, partnerships, and grant-making initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote eco-friendly business practices.
  • Establish and report on environmental impact goals, metrics, and progress, driving transparency and accountability.
  • Design and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs fostering an inclusive workplace culture and promoting equity across all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community organisations to advance sustainability and DEI efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and DEI initiatives into business operations, products, and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
  • Proven track record of leading and executing impactful sustainability and DEI initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis, impact measurement, and reporting on sustainability and DEI outcomes.
  • Experience in strategy development, project management, and program development.
