">Export Coordinator">

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating export shipments, liaising with customers and overseas offices, and ensuring all client KPIs are achieved.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Coordinate export shipments, including courier, air, FCL, LCL, and OOG services.
  • Liaise with customers and overseas offices to ensure smooth logistics experiences.
  • Ensure all client KPIs are achieved by maintaining up-to-date communication with clients and providing guidance and shipment/enquiry status.
  • Verify cargoes suitability for international transport and make relevant arrangements as needed.
  • Facilitate airfreight/seafreight bookings of various types of cargo, including dangerous goods.
  • Ensure competitive buying by completing billing process timely and accurately.
  • Pre-alert and monitor consignments in a timely manner.
  • Complete export clearances and prepare export documentation, including DG and consular documentation.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in export operations.
  • Export Coordinator experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation and relationship skills, and customer service skills essential.
  • Positive and professional attitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment and work autonomously within a team environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Customs Systems required.
