We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Brisbane. This role involves providing key insights and advice to support business unit operations.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist will deliver initiatives that boost marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to strategies that keep operations smooth and compliant, while growing team capability and capacity.
  • Supporting planning processes and developing insightful business reports.
  • Overseeing vendors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
  • Creating operational processes, procedures, and workflows to streamline operations.
  • Identifying and evaluating tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Supporting business objectives in enterprise portfolio and change programs.
  • Fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating requirements for disaster recovery, business continuity, internal audits, and industry responses.

We are looking for a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative solutions.

About You

The following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in superannuation, insurance, financial advice, or financial services industry.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple activities to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in budget management and monitoring financial performance.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills.
  • Understanding financial principles and practices.
  • Experience with business process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record of developing solutions focused on business enablement and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of brand, marketing, or communication environments.
