We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver specialist Behaviour Support and Psychological interventions in a dynamic environment.
This role requires assessing clients through clinical observations and interviewing techniques, screening tools, standardized assessments, psychometrics, and subsequent reports. You will also plan treatment and interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams where appropriate.
About the Role- Deliver evidence-based interventions and assessments across mental health presentations.
- Improve accessibility by providing community visits at home, school, day program, or group home as necessary.
- Bachelor of Psychology, Social Work, or Social Science degree.
- Registration with AHPRA or AASW or equivalent professional body.
- Current driver's licence for travel to clients.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal obligations and professional accountability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Federal Police Check, and Working with Children Check.
