Project Accountant Opportunity

A well-established property development company is seeking a skilled Project Accountant to play a pivotal role in their financial operations. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on diverse projects while partnering closely with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports for project stakeholders.
  • Partner with project managers and support them with financial insights and decision making.
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure invoices are properly allocated to the correct project accounts.
  • Month end and Year End reporting.
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS for development entities.

Requirements
  • Prior experience with project accounting.
  • Property development or construction industry experience.
  • CA or CPA qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
