Job Title: Oshc Regional Manager - 15-18 Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for ensuring quality care and programs for children, direction and support for staff, and continuous learning within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to ensure quality care, recreation, and leisure programs for children, and direction, support, and continuous learning for staff according to National Quality Standards.
  • Build reputation as a quality provider of Out-of-School Hours Care services.
  • Support directors with reviewing reports, Vacation Care programs, and timely response to questions.
  • Support culture of continuous learning in the workplace.
  • Attend Advisory Committee and School Leadership meetings as required.
