As part of our ambitious strategy, we're seeking an expert Clinical Partnerships Manager who can excel at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and sales. This role involves building lasting relationships with key stakeholders:

  • Establishing partnerships with influential prescribers and clinics to introduce them to our safe and compliant prescribing model.
  • Maintaining regular communication with prospective partners to build trust, identify opportunities, and tailor solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Developing a robust pipeline of industry influencers and decision-makers to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-value prescriber relationships to ensure long-term retention.
  2. Build strong connections with prospective partners and network stakeholders by engaging regularly, uncovering needs, and presenting bespoke solutions that showcase the benefits of our model.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of key industry stakeholders and influential prescribers.
  4. Streamline the onboarding process for new prescribers by providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance to ensure seamless integration into our systems, compliance requirements, and clinical pathways.
  5. Ensure regulatory compliance by facilitating credentialing processes efficiently.
  6. Engage proactively with clinicians to address concerns, prevent issues, and drive up retention rates.
  7. Stay abreast of emerging trends and competitor activity to position Candor as a trusted partner in the industry.
  8. Represent us effectively at industry events and clinics to foster referral networks and generate tangible returns.
  9. Deliver measurable results across key performance indicators for prescriber recruitment and retention.
Requirements/Key Selection Criteria
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within the medicinal cannabis or pharmaceutical sector (e.g., MSL, clinical liaison, BD, or similar).
  2. Strong knowledge of TGA pathways, state/territory regulations, and product categories.
  3. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and convert a thriving prescriber pipeline.
  4. Effective communication skills to translate complex clinical and compliance topics into compelling value propositions.
  5. Ability to leverage data insights, digital tools, and analytical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  6. Flexibility to travel regularly throughout QLD and interstate for industry-related events and partnership meetings.
  7. Highly regarded:
  • Existing network of prescribers, clinics, or pharmacy partners within the medicinal cannabis or wider healthcare industry.
  • Experience delivering clinician training or medical education.
  • Background in allied health, pharmacy, nursing, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Robust background in pipeline development and lead chasing within healthcare or the wider medical industry.
