Job Title: Senior Recruitment ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Industrial and Manufacturing Division.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients in the Industrial and Manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and market our general recruitment and executive search services for Industrial and Manufacturing markets, covering contract and temp to perm roles.
- Develop new business and secure client projects.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from role brief to candidate placement.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Proven experience in high volume contract recruitment.
- Exceptional customer service and business relationship skills with a track record of securing repeat business.
- Demonstrated success in generating consistent revenue and business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and dedicated.
