Senior Recruitment Consultant - Accounting

Red Earth Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit for senior accounting roles across multiple industries
  • Oversee the entire 360° recruitment process, from initial client engagement and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship management
