Driving Instructor Job

Learn Smarter Drive Safer is committed to delivering exceptional driving lessons to a loyal and expanding client base in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and other regions.

As a driving instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lessons that meet our brand's standards. Our team of seasoned instructors offers on-the-job training and mentoring to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and enjoyable driving experiences to clients of all ages and nationalities.
  • Meet minimum KPIs and targets set by the company.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships with clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
  • Valid auto or manual driver's license.
  • Comprehensive car insurance.
  • Current RMS Instructors Licence - Auto or Manual.
  • Certificate IV, Transport & Logistics.
  • Driving Instruction qualification.
  • Spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
