Job Description

We are seeking a professional Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality driving lessons and ensuring the safety of our customers.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for road safety and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics, a valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence, and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Driver Trainer in NSW. They will also be willing to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (min module 2) accreditation and Senior Assessment qualifications before commencement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics
  • Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Driver Trainer in NSW
  • Ability to drive NRMA products and deliver positive reviews through a need-based selling approach
  • Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations
  • Effective diary management and a strong work ethic
