Job Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Retail Leadership Opportunity - Macquarie Store professional who is passionate about creating a customer-centric environment and driving sales growth.

About the Role

  • This leadership position will oversee the daily operations of our Macquarie store, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement store business strategies, drive sales growth, and create a team environment that fosters individual growth and development.
  • Maintaining strong business acumen and understanding organisational objectives is crucial for success in this role.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively.
  2. Managing training processes for new hires and current employees.
  3. Demonstrating effective execution of all performance management tools.
  4. Recruiting and making hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchy.
  5. Proactively resolving consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partnering with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
  6. Performing and supervising store opening and closing procedures.
  7. Providing effective leadership and delegating responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed.

About You

  • You have extensive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact, and diplomacy.
  • A creative individual with a flair for fashion, you're passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded.
  • With a strong ability to lead, train, and develop your team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance.

  • A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
