The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our Cairns team and drive commercial success. As a champion of our brand, you'll foster an environment where teamwork and collaboration thrive, while upholding our core values.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and Store Support team to drive store performance.
  • Uplift and maintain store standards and compliance.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team, offering growth opportunities, training, and performance feedback.
  • Promote a safety-first culture for staff and customers, ensuring all OH&S standards are met and exceeded.
About You
  • You're currently a Store Manager, preferably with experience in a larger format retailer.
  • You're a people person who loves leading and developing teams.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • You're adaptable and able to tailor your leadership style to suit different individuals.
  • You're an empathetic leader who can put themselves in customers' and team members' shoes.
  • You understand reporting, checklists, compliance, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

This salary estimate is based on national averages for Store Managers in retail management positions.
