Role Overview

The key role of a People Projects Manager involves driving strategic initiatives and leading high-impact people-centric projects.

This position requires effective leadership, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, projects, and processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, system capabilities, and process improvements.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in HR-related projects, including project management methodologies, human resources, communication, and process improvement.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment, with expertise in project management, HR systems, and process improvement.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business outcomes and drive process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, employees, and external partners.
