As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality surgical instruments and sterilisation products in South Australia and Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and purchasing teams.
- Provide product training and education to end-users, ensuring successful product implementations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing regular feedback to inform business decisions.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets across the product range.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Several years of hospital sales experience in an operating theatre and CSSD environment.
- Strong team orientation and work ethic.
- Ability to think strategically and challenge customers.
- Long-term, relationship-based sales approach.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills.
