Procurement Manager

This role requires a senior procurement professional to lead and manage the delivery of strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of procurement practices, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet departmental objectives;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver procurement initiatives and achieve savings targets;
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise in procurement best practices;
  • Advising on procurement policy and procedures to ensure compliance and integrity;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of procurement sourcing experience;
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field;
  • Experience in a leadership role;

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation.
