Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Regional and Agri Customer Lending Solutions team.   • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and prepare lending submissions, including obtaining and collating information for customers.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability, and engaging with internal and external contacts.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to and participate in team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in banking, preferably in a lending solutions role.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and a thorough understanding of lending processes and credit assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A willingness to continue learning and striving for positive customer outcomes.
