About This Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Regional & Agri Customer Lending Solutions team based in East Maitland. As a key member, you will be supported to learn and grow while developing the career you want.

In this challenging role, you will create and prepare lending submissions, perform credit analysis and financial modelling, and deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare, or assist in the creation and preparation, of lending submissions.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability, and engaging the necessary internal/external contacts.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to, and actively participate in, team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and sharing of skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in banking.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
