Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare lending submissions: Gather and collate customer information to ensure timely and accurate lending decisions.
  • Perform credit analysis: Interpret customers' financial data and perform detailed financial modeling to inform lending decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Manage the end-to-end lending process, maintain accountability, and engage internal/external contacts to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Build strong customer relationships: Identify opportunities and drive advocacy through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings: Share knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Lending process knowledge: A strong understanding of lending processes and procedures is essential.
  • Credit experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or finance role, with a focus on lending and credit analysis.
  • Financial analysis skills: Proven ability to interpret financial data and perform detailed financial modeling.
  • Policy and verification requirements: Understanding of policy and verification requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn: A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
