Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee general facilities management duties in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all facilities activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to drive business growth
  • Monitor and report on FM performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in retail facilities management
  • Professionally presented, reliable, and friendly nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
