**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Modeler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of detailing principles and practices in various areas.
  • Lead a team, set direction, outline goals, and execute the project plan.

A Senior Modeler bears primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and constructability of the project model(s).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of prior experience with 10+ years of prior experience in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage individuals and teams to complete tasks or projects.
  • Ability to mentor and lead individuals and teams, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated career growth that includes experience working on design teams for a variety of building or project types.
  • Strong client-service attitude with the ability to multitask and accomplish multiple priorities.
