Job Title: Chief Valuation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced valuation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our valuations team, you will be responsible for conducting complex valuations, developing financial models, and providing expert advice to clients.

The role will involve working with a range of clients, including private companies, multi-nationals, and financial institutions. You will be required to consider various valuation methodologies and employ these methodologies to deliver high-quality results.

Bespoke financial modelling will be required to facilitate the valuation, including scenario, sensitivity, and statistical analysis. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting valuation reports and other client deliverables.

Project management skills are essential, including managing client relationships and engagement budgets, as well as business development initiatives to support practice growth.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and experience with managing multiple projects and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex valuations and develop financial models
