Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As an Industrial Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our equipment and machinery.

- Maintain plant and machinery;
- Ensure optimum efficiency and product quality;
- Minimise equipment failure in accordance with regulations and company procedures;
- Work on dedicated projects as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven mechanical experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial environments;
- Strong technical aptitude and experienced in fault-finding mechanical issues;
- Familiar with safety requirements and protocols;
- Willing to work flexible hours, including afternoons, Saturdays, and variable shifts;
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrates initiative, drive, and the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Experience working with MEX software;
- Operational knowledge of forklifts;
- TIG welding skills.
