Learning Experience Coordinator

The Learning Experience Coordinator is a pivotal role at Brite, responsible for delivering exceptional student support and enhancing the overall learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Students: Provide individualized assistance to students, facilitating their understanding of course materials and concepts.
- Foster Engagement: Encourage ongoing participation and motivation among students, ensuring they complete tasks and activities.
- Compliance Support: Assist the Trainer/Assessor in meeting VRQA compliance requirements, including documentation.
- Instructional Support: Supplement learning activities with follow-up instruction, as directed by the trainer, to enhance student engagement and educative experience.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with Trainers and perform administrative duties as needed.
- Professional Representation: Maintain a professional image and positive outlook, representing Brite in a favorable light.
- Provide individualized support to students to facilitate their understanding of course materials and concepts.
- Encourage ongoing participation and motivation among students, ensuring they complete tasks and activities.
- Assist the Trainer/Assessor in meeting VRQA compliance requirements, including documentation.
- Supplement learning activities with follow-up instruction, as directed by the trainer, to enhance student engagement and educative experience.
- Collaborate with Trainers and perform administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain a professional image and positive outlook, representing Brite in a favorable light.
- Certificate: CHC40213 Certificate IV in Education Support or CHC40221 - Certificate IV in School Based Education Support.
- Subject Knowledge: Possess appropriate subject knowledge, skills, and vocational qualifications as determined by the employer, with a commitment to maintaining currency.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative, explain ideas clearly and concisely.
- Commitment to Learning: Show a commitment to supporting learning in an adult environment, demonstrate the ability to motivate and encourage students.
- Diversity Awareness: Establish effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, provide quality customer service as part of a broader team.
- Technical Skills: Possess skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies.
- Written Communication: Exhibit high-level written communication skills.
- Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills, manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to accept direction, provide and receive constructive feedback, work under pressure.
- Current Licence: Hold a current driver's licence.
- Screening Clearance: Possess NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children check.
- Vaccination Status: Be fully vaccinated.
- Verification of Qualifications: Provide verified copies of relevant qualifications, certificates, or other testamurs.
