The Learning Experience team holds responsibility to maintain and coordinate professional development and training opportunities, platforms, and systems for the organisation.
You will be based at our Kedron office; The team also provides advice to inform organisational professional development. You will work closely with Regional teams, Education & Research, Wellbeing & Inclusion, Quality and Regulation, C&K College, People and Culture and Corporate Service teams to identify, support and develop adult learning opportunities.
You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:
- Build capability for our workforce through the contemporary curation and delivery of professional learning content to all C&K employees.
- Provide a seamless user experience in Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide reports as requested to ensure Learning Experience delivers on strategic initiatives.
- Lead and support our small team of Learning Experience professionals.
**What you’ll bring**
You will have experience across the full cycle of learning analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation that cater for a variety of learning needs and delivered through a variety of mediums. Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and the translation of C&Ks vision and strategy into planning and practical and tangible learning experience plans.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these - we will cover the cost of both).
We would also love you to have:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Marketing and Communications, or Business - these are highly regarded but not essential.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is also preferable.
