Senior Corporate Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Strategist to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our corporate strategy and driving earned-first integrated storytelling across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic communications, brand reputation management, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated corporate communication strategies that meet client objectives
  • Lead high-performing teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in agency or in-house roles, with a focus on corporate communications and team leadership
  • A deep understanding of the Australian market, including news, policy, media, and business landscape
  • An ability to devise and implement integrated PR/social plans with measurable impact
  • Excellent relationship management and outstanding client service skills
  • A positive, energetic approach to work, with a solutions-focused mindset and exceptional client relations
  • A proven track record of client development and revenue growth, as well as experience managing financial aspects of client accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex conversations
