Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our regional infrastructure services team in the Metro South Region.

About the Role

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will provide strategic advice and leadership to the Director Regional Operations, Regional Director, and principals of schools on infrastructure planning, investment, capital projects, and asset management issues.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing business practices and processes to support current requirements and identify emerging issues, including recommendations for the strategic acquisition of property and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional infrastructure services team to coordinate and deliver regional and state-wide programs.
  • Provide expert and strategic advice to senior management and the Executive Management Team.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for the delivery of high-quality consultancy and infrastructure management services.
  • Facilitate consultation and management of public interest issues and represent the Department in forums and working groups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-level knowledge and experience in infrastructure management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative client relationships and develop capacity building strategies.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to meet organisational targets and desired outcomes.
