Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager Opportunity

Infrastructure People is partnering with a national Rail contractor to seek an established Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager with a background in rail infrastructure to join the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the completion of the project to ensure programme, budget, quality, environmental and contractual obligations are achieved safely
  • Review design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements and job safety analysis
  • Effectively assign tasks to project team members to deliver the required outputs to agreed specifications
  • Monitor KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget
  • Mentor Project, Site and Graduate Engineers
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Degree
  • A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience delivering buildings and/or rail infrastructure scopes
  • Sound knowledge of procurement and the management of external suppliers
  • Understanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance, and reporting procedures
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability of accurate report writing
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
