We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Marketing & Trade Services Team, assisting with stock reconciliation and administrative tasks to ensure trading activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

The Role">
  • Reconcile CBH Grain stock positions daily, monthly, and annually.
  • Manage all stock activities, including ticketing and error handling for domestic, bulk, and container operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of stock transfers to and from counterparties within contractual terms.
  • Verify Track Trade stock transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Administer Track and Trade sales and purchases.
  • Maintain Master Data and procedure guides.
  • Participate in projects improving process or system efficiency.
  • Support compliance activities, including ISCC.
  • Collaborate with the M&T domestic marketing, trading, and execution program.

  • Previous experience in administration or support functions with high stock control.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and manage complex information.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Proven team player with excellent collaboration skills.
