Job Title: Nursing Professional

About the Role:
  • Personal Care Services: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by physicians, maintaining accurate records of medication administration.
  • Health Monitoring: Regularly observe and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
  • Wound Care Management: Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds, promoting optimal healing and prevention of complications.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and excellent communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
