Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling queries, providing information, and delivering assistance to support growth in conversion rates.

This involves:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Providing detailed product information and guidance to prospective customers
  • Conducting outbound sales campaigns to engage with potential clients

In addition, you will contribute to the achievement of sales contact, enrolment, and conversion targets by participating in team efforts to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Experience in a sales contact center environment or similar setting, providing advice and information to customers across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks, including data management and customer relationship maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interpret and convey product information
